Accepted Health Insurance Plans
Dr. Harte is in-network with the following health insurance plans and EAPs:

-
Blue Cross Blue Shield
-
Lyra Health
-
Medicare

Dr. Harte does not accept Medicaid/MassHealth or any related state-subsidized plans.
If Dr. Harte does not accept your health insurance plan, he may be able to serve as an out-of-network provider. In this case, you would contact your insurance company to see whether your plan offers out-of-network benefits that covers a portion of the fee. Questions that you might ask your insurance company include:

-
Do I have out-of-network benefits to see a licensed psychologist? If so, what percentage do you cover?
-
What is the deductible, and how much of the deductible have I met?
-
Are there any limits to the number sessions covered?
-
How do I submit a request for reimbursement?

If you find that you have out-of-network benefits, you would be required to pay Dr. Harte directly in full at each meeting. You would then be provided with a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
